Rising Pursuit Services is medicaid waiver service provider located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with a focus of self sufficiency through various programs.

Rising Pursuit Services is dedicated to providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities pursue the highest level of self sufficiency in their life. Providing support with physical, mental, and social health.

Our Services

Adult Day Program

Life Skills Groups

  • 8:30am-4:30pm (Full day or Half Day)

  • Monday-Friday (Excluding major Holidays*)

  • Group support setting

  • In Center program/ Community Outings

Early Bird/Night Owl Program

Leisure Peer Groups 

  • Early Bird Program (11:00am-2:00pm)

  • Night Owl Program (2:00pm-6:00pm)

  • Occasional Saturdays Full day and Half day options

  • Community outings and In Center activities 

  • Individual and Parent input considered

Home and Community Based Service

Community Integration

  • Hours vary on Individuals needs

  • 1:1 support and group support

  • In Home and Community setting

Vocational Program

Skills Development Training

Accepted Waivers

  • Community Integration (CIH) Habilitation

  • Family Supports (FSW)

  • Money Follows Person (MFP)
