About the Role
· Pay: $15.50-20 an hour (depending on experience)
· Job Type: Part-time, Full-time, Contract based
· Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday Weekdays 5-8hr shift
Position Roles and Responsibilities:
· Will work full time or part time reporting to the executive director focusing on the critical functions of client/resident billing, collections, and community accounts payable processing.
· Communicates to staff HR policies and procedures, assists with the Team Member Handbook, HR forms such as new client recruitment, evaluation, professional development, and progressive disciplinary forms.
· Operates the employee time keeping and compensation systems confirms all forms for payroll are accurately sent to Directors and co-owners for approval of submission.
· Collaborates closely with Executive Directors of clients’ statements, paperwork for consultations, recruitments, intake processing and other required paperwork by 3rd party payers in order to properly bill and collect fees due to the office and community.
· Ensures that guardians of clients understand bills, confirm that potential and current clients are within the waiver services provided and explain billing and collection procedures for seamless billing.
· Billing accurately through Medicaid portal for Adult Day Program and HCBS clients
· Provide clerical and general support to staff, maintaining records, and attend weekly meetings.

Requirements
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates or Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Administration (preferred)
Skills: Analysis Skills, Proficient in Billing, Organizational Skills
